Description: For sale here is a unique 18th century treenware pastry scraper . Kind of a unique and unusual item, we are using our best educated guess as to what it was used for… it looks to be made for scraping pastry off of a counter or cutting board. It has nice cut out handles which make it really easy to hold . It does have a chamfered edge, and is made from durable walnut wood. It measures 7 7/8 inches across by 13 inches long. Good condition with a small wood split going up from the bottom edge, as would be appropriate from age and use. A very neat and early piece of treen! Buyer pays shipping.
