Description: 1985 Hallmark 75th Anniversary Wood Pen & Pencil Set - Gold Trim + Extras - NEW, Never Used To honor and celebrate the founding of Hallmark Cards by J.C. Hall in 1910, Hallmark Cards manufactured this exclusive wood pen & pencil gift set that were given to select Hallmark employees. The wood set was the same as those offered for retail at Hallmark stores, except that the "clip" contained the Hallmark logo on both pen & pencil. The idea for attaching a company's logo to the pen/pencil was not unusual, as it was also done for many companies using their respective logo. What makes this set collectible is that it was "limited" in its quantity and distribution to only a select quantity of Hallmark employees. Wood Pen has gold trim and BLUE ink in its chamber (tested/works). Included is 1 - BLACK refill cartridge (tested/works). Wood Mechanical Pencil has gold trim and a stick of Med. Black lead in its chamber (tested/works). Included are 3 - tubes of Med. Black lead refills (3 X 12 = 36 sticks) and 2 - new erasers. Case is NOT available. This set has NEVER been used, other than to admire and test. Owned by me and time to "let it go".
