This IS a 1st edition pack wrapper. There are NO cards in this wrapper. Condition: This pack was opened very carefully. There are no tears/rips. Some separation of the inner liner from the outer plastic at both the top and bottom of the wrapper. Use the zoom feature, check the pictures, and see what you think.
