Description: Cobblestone Corners Village-most buildings and larger items are 2001 Cobblestone Corners. Other items and people are unknown maker. All items are pretty much to scale-a few differences are noted below. 14 Buildings-3 churches, 3 houses, School, Inn, Toyland store, Fruits & Flowers store, Tree Seller stand, Apple seller stand, Gazebo, and Walnut Grove Pond. Tallest building (a church steeple) is 5 1/4" tall. 10 buildings can be lighted. No light cords are included. Holes for bulbs are approximately 1" across. 12 Sets of People-2 singles, 12 doubles-21 people total. The people in the horse carriage and with the dog are not to scale with the other people. They are larger. Picture #19 shows difference. Smaller people are 1 1/2" - 1 3/4". Other Accessories-bridge, deer with scenery, clocks, stop sign, street signs, lamp posts, etc. The deer in the scene is a little larger than the horse/man piece so in a larger scale. Clocks are 3 1/4" tall. Street lights are 2 1/2" tall. Tallest street signs are 2 7/8" tall. Items are a mix of ceramic and resin. In general, houses/buildings are ceramic and people are resin. Each item was securely wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap prior to listing to ensure safe arrival and accurate shipping cost. All buildings with glittered, sparkling snow have yellow areas. #21 missing paint/paint defects. #22 chips/cracks/damaged pieces. #23 Walnut Grove Pond was broken in half and repaired. #24 one of the houses was also broken and repaired. Tree seller stand was missing a bottle brush tree in pictures, but has since been found and will be included. NO LIGHT CORDS ARE INCLUDED. Items are generally clean, but as these are used items, should not be considered pristine and new owner may wish to do further nook and cranny cleaning/dusting/polishing.
