Description: Selling is a 8" X 11" Vintage Original Glossy Linen-Back Key-Set photo with borders of BILLIE BURKE taken around 1940 to early 1940s. There is copyright information on the bottom front border from Vitagraph, Inc. in the USA. There is nothing on the back of the photo, except her name typed on the back (See Scan) She retired in the early 1920's but was forced to go back to work following the stock market crash as she and her husband, FLORENZ ZIEGFELD, lost their fortune. We would not have known her as Glinda the Good Witch, had this unfortunate situation not occurred in her life. Photo is in VERY GOOD Condition with minimal light edgewear in the corners.
