Description: Gibson L7 Arch Top Acoustic Guitar *MODDED* (1942) This is a Gibson L7 arch top acoustic guitar from 1942. As you can see, the guitar was heavily modded by a previous owner with routes for a neck pickup, volume & tone knobs, and an output jack. The tailpiece has also been replaced, however there is another in the case, but we are unsure which is the original. A new pickup was installed recently, and the electronics work, however you may need to install a new potentiometer for the volume, as there are dropouts. Otherwise, everything is in working condition. Has been professionally set up. Comes with original lifton tweed hardshell case, gaff tape was added to edges by previous owner.
