FIRST I will start by saying I don't known anything more about this item than what you and I both can research and read. The actual item looks to be in absolute pristine... actually I would say brand new condition EXCEPT when I went to go login it APPEARS to have had a previous owner... however, i have read reviews on this item and they clearly mention that this is also how they come originally and that you need to get a web browser working to get your own licensed copy of Windows 10 bought and activated then you can get rid of the default user. I am not tech savvy and some might even say a tech idiot so I have nothing more to offer on this.
