These are from 1999, Novelty Inc. and their WWA Championship Wrestling Bad to The Bone series. Two different figures; one like Hulk Hogan and one like an old school Ivan Koloff. The decals have fallen off their belts over the last 24 years and are obviously in the packaging. These are excellent.
