The weight of the door is supported by the bottom arm, which is directly connected to the floor closer spindle. The direct connection between the bottom arm and the floor closer spindle creates a tremendous increase in closing efficiency compared to surface or overhead concealed closers. This closer is capable of supporting exterior or interior doors weighing up to 450 lbs. (204 kg) and 48" (1.22 m) Wide. Standard features include selective on or off hold open, build-in positive dead stop, and separate independent valves for closing, latch and backcheck adjustments.NOTE: CRL is a stocking Rixson Specialty Door Control Distributor.
