Byer and has no fabric tag, but I presume it is 100% cotton as it does not seem to have the same kind of stretch as the blue skirt (no price tag, but brand new, unworn). Size is Girl's Small (S). The black skirt is cut a bit fuller than the blue skirt and has a kick pleat in back. The blue skirt has no kick pleat in back, its front and back are essentially the same. NOTE: This item as well as all other items in my eBay closet come from a smoke free, pet free, scent free, perfume free and meticulously clean home.
