This is an original part that is straight out of the blast cabinet and what you see is bare metal. This should make prep for painting easier. Overall, in good condition for its age. However, being a used part there are some dings, scrapes, scratches, pitting (especially on the inside), and surface imperfections. Also, it appears that somebody patched a cut with a small weld (see close-up pictures). I've tried to take representative photos, but do not have photos of every defect. Still plenty of life left though. This would be great to finish off that restoration, hot rod, or rat rod. Please see the pictures as they are part of the description.
