Description: This is a unique Phoebe Couture 100% silk black, cream and gold sleeveless, backless v-neck tea length dress in size 6. It was worn one time to a wedding by my niece. (did not attend the reception). One small faint mark on the dress on the left side below the bustline near the side seam. I did not try to remove it but it should come off easily with stain remover or during dry cleaning (see last photo). It has a unique front design where basically the designer sewed a black beaded necklace to the v-part of the dress which becomes the closure of the dress with a gold clasp. Hard to describe - please see the photos. It has kind of a peasant style look to the front with a built-in bra and an inset between the bra and waistband which keeps everything in place. The dress is lined in black silk. Pattern is geometric with women's faces in the pattern - very striking! See photos for closeup. Measurements: Under bust side to side 15", waist side to side 14.5", armpit to bottom of dress on side seam is 32.5" . This was a very expensive couture dress purchased at Bloomingdales, but has been discounted because of the mark. Dry Clean Only. This will ship flat in a box to keep it as wrinkle free as possible.
