Description: Protect against broken screw posts on the Mk-2.0 with this plunger tube reinforcement brace that helps distribute the load off of the screw posts. ATTRIBUTION: Designed by haphazardlynamed (Thingiverse and Printables). INCLUDES: 1x Plunger Tube Reinforcement Brace for Dart Zone Pro Mk-2.0 INSTALLATION: Remove both sides of the priming slide. Press the brace on top of the plunger tube where the screw posts coming out of it align with the braces brackets. Carefully put the priming slide pieces back on and screw together. MATERIAL NOTES: Notes about material: This product is printed in PETG material which offers superior thermal resistance and increased durability compared to PLA products. PETG has a higher glass transition temperature of 80°C whereas PLA is 60-65°C. For PLA, this is within range of the temperatures that often occur inside a vehicle during summertime so items made from PLA may end up warping in those situations. The same issue can possibly occur from exposure to direct sunlight if the temperature is high enough. PETG has a much higher glass transition temperature however so you are very unlikely to ever experience issues with it warping in addition to it just being stronger in general. PETG products do come at a higher cost than the same product in PLA because PETG takes longer to print and also requires more time to clean up after printing but the result is a very high-quality product.
