This cover fits passenger car transmissions only, where the OEM cover is attached with 4 small coarse thread screws. This cover will NOT fit pick up / truck transmission applications where an OEM cast aluminum cover is attached with 4 or 6 metric thread bolts. Modifications may be required for proper fitment. They had more specifications than most on here for this. I would like to see the distance between the oil pan and transmission pan. I trimmed the lower flange completely away so it would fit in place, trimmed across the top as well, drilled new bolt holes. Now its a nice looking, solid cover. My 700R4 is the 2 wheel drive , 4 cover bolt mount. Some people said it bolted right in, others saiditwasntclose. I guess differences in the transmission. Yes, I recommend this product.
