This design was available only through corporate bulk CO-BRAND sales. I was able to get some with no co-brand logo on them 😀 VERY RARE! It had an “initial value $5.00” written (it now has zero balance) on the top right on back of card. Almost sold out. Sold the others a few years ago and came across a few more mixed in with other cards :) #6133 starting serial number (there may be different starting serial numbers over the time this design was offered). Glossy plastic coating - swiped (may be a small swipe mark) to get balance off.
