Likely this heart shaped item may have been worn at the neck of a blouse or shoulder of a sweater. This intricate jewelry piece also features flowers: smaller ones at the top and two large ones used as the petals in the two dangling flowers.The brooch/pin measures 3 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/2inches wide. The reverse is signed “Style Metal Spec NY”.
