Description: USPS Form 3606-D with postally used copies of Scott# CVP89 (Reindeer design)and the newly issued 2021 Holiday ATM/CVP stamp "A Visit from St. Nick's" --> This form ("Certificate of Bulk Mailing - Domestic) is probably the scarcest of all the USPS mailing certificates, and is one of the few fees where the sender gets to keep the postage that is used to pay the fee (rather than the fee being on the mail piece itself)! This form is the "bulk mailing" form #3606-D [D=domestic], although according to the USPS, bulk can be any quantity of identical items being mailed up to 1,000 (or any quantities beyond). This version of Form 3606-D is the "duplicate copy" version has the fee of $1.65 paid via:2021 Holiday Forever ATM / CVP stamp "A Visit From St. Nicks"2013 Holiday Forever ATM / CVP stamp "Green Reindeer"PhotoStamp (from stamps.com) 47¢ featuring "Unobtainium" design Stamps.com 2¢ "Bippie" (ie: make-up rate stamp)Notes about all of this:1) In order to get the "duplicate copy" of the form with the $1.65 fee, one first has to purchase the "initial" version of Form 3606-D for this mailing, which has a $9.35 fee (and I'm keeping that one for my collection). The details about how many mail pieces & weight, etc that were mailed are shown on the form.2) Item 1. above was just issued in early November 2021 and has not been assigned a Scott catalog number yet.3) Item 3. above should technically not be possible. When the rate for PhotoStamps was 47¢, these stamps had 3 straight die-cut edges on the top, left & bottom sides and simulated hole perforations on the right side. Due to a glitch at the PhotoStamps website, at the time of ordering this stamp, they had switched the layout to the type of die-cut that you see on this stamp, but the 1st class rate was NOT 47¢ at that time. The only reason for this 47¢ stamp existing with these type of perforations is that the website allowed re-ordering of designs from 2017 in 2019 but without changing the rates that were no longer in use! The PhotoStamp program was cancelled by the USPS in June 2020 (however, any previously purchased PhotoStamps are still valid for postage).4) Item 4. above is a make-up rate stamp that stamps.com calls "Bippies" (yes, that is correct...). They are also no longer available for purchase (but did exist in 1¢, 2¢ & 5¢ versions). --> If you collect "postal history", this is one of the few times that you will be able to get a USPS Form 3606-D that has its' fees paid via "stamps" (most of the time these forms will get a postage meter or USPS PVI strip to indicate payment of fees. There are only 7 of the "duplicate copy" forms, of which I will keep several in my own collection, and will make this one available (so unlike the "Unobtainium" stamp used on the form, the form itself is actually "Obtainium" by you!). The item illustrated in the scan is what you will receive (the 2nd scan is of the backside of the form). This form is on a 8.5" x 11" piece of paper, and thus has to be shipped flat with a stiffener for protection (and thus has to be mailed either via "1st Class Package" or "Priority Mail". Ebay will calculate the postage for you. Foreign shipments are possible, but only via ebay's "global shipping center". Please note that foreign shipments to some countries may not be possible at this time or delayed due to the pandemic. Price is fair considering the cost to obtain the form and the relative scarcity!--> Questions? Please ask prior to buying. [reference scan #566]
