Versace Sunglasses Vintage 1998 Model 589 Silver Frame RARE Original Case

Description: Gianni Versace vintage sunglasses circa 1997 or 1998. They're in good shape with just a few dings which is reflected in the asking price, and we've included many detailed photos. The lenses still have good clarity. The case is quite beat up, but since they came with the sunglasses we're including it. The frames are a smoky silver, and depending on the light and what is reflecting on around it, it can appear slightly yellowish or neutral. The front of the sunglasses is about 5.5 inches wide. The temples (arms) are also about 5.5 inches long each. It weighs about 2.5 ounces. Recapping from the "Condition Description" section above (for those who don't know it's there):Good condition. There are a small number of scuffs and tiny scrapes in the lenses, and in the frames, there are a few dings which can be seen in the listing photos. The most obvious dings are in the right corner of the right side frame, as well as the top back edge of the left side frame. The temples (arms) of the frames could use some tightening. The box is quite worn and does not close all the way, but it is being included for authenticity. Please examine photos carefully. I am sure these Versace sunglasses are authentic, because I bought them myself around for $200 plus tax in 1998 at Bloomingdale's department store on Lexington Avenue in New York City. I didn't know what kind of glasses would look good on me, and the salesperson said she had the perfect suggestion. She said that rectangular frames are good for round faces, and sure enough, they looked amazing on me. I was also impressed with the lens clarity. But ultimately, I didn't wear them much, because I'm really not a sunglass wearing person, no matter how cool they make me look. We would describe the style as 1990s Sex-And-The-City. True story.
