Description: Here we have a charming and extremely rare vintage/antique W.F.M. 'A Joyful Christmas- The Ship Has Arrived' novelty Noah's ark card. The four sections of the ark on the chromolithograph card opens to reveal a number of loose, embossed birds, one with a serpent. Unsure of its exact age, as I haven't been able to find another example, likely late Victorian. Approximately 4.5" across. In very good condition, there are few very small surface imperfections, but in very nice shape overall. There are seven birds present. Please study the photos carefully as they provide the best description. Where available, please feel free to make a sensible offer above the starting price!
