Description: Vintage 1950s Effanbee Honey Walker Hard Plastic Doll. All original.Made by Effanbee Doll Company in New York City between 1953 and 1957.The doll is 19 inches tall, has reddish-brown hair, light blue (almost greenish) eyes, sleep eyes (working), walker mechanism (working, head moves side to side as legs move), jointed arms, and red lips with closed mouth. She is made of hard plastic.The doll has the original 1950s outfit, including blue corduroy skirt and jacket, the skirt has one pocket in front (like a poodle skirt), black strap shoes, and cream knit socks. The snaps on the jacket, skirt, and shoes all work and are in excellent condition.The hair is a glued-on wig. The hair is a little wild and needs to be brushed and styled, but it is all there.This doll is in excellent condition. Fully functional. Paint on face in excellent condition. No damage. If the clothes are hand washed, they would look like new.
