I stress these are different - one is literally the fabric itself is torn and needs repair, the splits are just that, the seam just needs resewn correctly. No missing buttons, I see no other holes or stains - I think considering the wildness of the print on this one it'll be well worth it as a project to fix back up, the print looks like the work of a famous artist from the 60's that rhymes with "deter dax", so if you're looking for something like that and true old vintage, this is it.
