Description: Garden Party Floral Prairie Dress Size XS Shown displayed on my size small dress form, and it’s a snug fit at the waist This 1970’s era handmade dress has elastic at the neckline, with short cap sleeves. It can be worn either off the shoulder, or on the shoulder as a scoop neck. There’s a fitted waistline, and then an a line skirt with a petticoat style ruffle at the hem. The fabric is a classic calico cotton, with a print of stripes made up of tiny flower blossoms in shades of blues, green, yellow and peach. The fabric background has a white print on a white background, giving it a textured effect. What makes this special: It’s a great shorter version of the 70s era prairie dresses, perfect for wearing with an eyelet petticoat for a Gunne Sax inspired look.
