Description: Up for sale is a Hitachi HCA-8500MKII preamplifier. It is a multi voltage unit with a European style plug. Tested with music and functions all work. The volume and balance controls were very dirty but I cleaned them with a little bit of deoxit and now both are working okay. I also tested the phono preamp and it initially worked but the sound cuts off after a few seconds. Sold as-is for parts or repair.
