It is in good used condition glass is clear no chips cracks or scratches. It comes with the winding key and chimes one time every half hour and every hour it chimes on time. The chimes are not very loud it’s works great Please see pictures is item is non returnable or refundable. You need to know that it takes several tries to get it working. It has to be straight on wall in order for it to start. You can look this up on YouTube by the make and it will tell you exactly how to start it. Be patient it will start working.
