Description: I am offering a scarce - 1st one I've come across anyway - of a KNOTTS BERRY PLACE Notepad 2 5/16" x 3 1/2. The back has a map of this area of California, but no date. The back reads A Berry Farm and Restaurant Widely Known. On the side of the back, it reads It's Fine Foods. Established 1920. The front of the notepad shows a Beautiful Cascade And Rock Garden. Underneath it reads "Knott's Berry Place - Buena Park (Orange County) Calif. Tearoom - Chicken Dinner - Gardens - See map on last page. Inside the front cover is a photo of a Partial View of Main Dining Room. Inside the back cover is a photo of Stage Coach, Volcano and Desert Garden. Item is not perfect - there is a tiny piece of the back map missing - very small - seen in map photo. There is handwriting in pencil on several pages of the notepad. At the bottom right corner of the front cover, the corner has a mild fold. Item is scarce and not perfect, but still highly collectible. Please ask any questions you may have. Will be shipped with stiff cardboard. The name changed from Knotts Berry Place to Knotts Berry Farm in 1947, so this collectible item predates 1947.
